I understand that life happens, and appointments must be canceled sometimes. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours or more in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will occur: 48 hours or more in advance—No fee. Less than 48 hours in advance no-shows, or same day cancellation—100% of the cost of services booked. I value the time and needs of every client. To help me provide the best services to as many clients as possible please abide to my policy. If you reschedule your appt within 3 weeks and keep said appt-1/2 of your fee will be applied. After two cancellations only one will carry over and same booking requirements are required. Thank You!
